All sales are final. We do not accept returns. This is standard practice in the solar distribution industry.
In the event of a manufacturer defect, warranty claims are handled directly with the manufacturer. Contact us and we will assist in facilitating the warranty process at no charge.
Inspect at Delivery — Required
Damage must be reported at the time of delivery — not after.
- • Inspect all shipments BEFORE signing for delivery.
- • All damage must be notated on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
- • Photos of any damage must be submitted immediately — we cannot process damage claims after the driver has departed.
- • This applies primarily to solar panels and large freight items.

Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Star Stream Solar are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Genuine products, direct from authorized distribution — your warranty is valid and we can assist with manufacturer warranty claims.

Filing a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturer. Contact us with your order number, product serial number, and a description of the issue — we will assist you in initiating the claim with the manufacturer and follow through until it's resolved.
