Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and item weight. Rates are shown before you complete your purchase - no surprises.
Volume orders over $1,000 automatically receive a discount code (2-12% off) applied at checkout. For orders over $50,000, contact us for custom pricing.
Processing & Handling Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

LTL Freight Shipments
Heavy or oversized items - including solar panel pallets, battery systems, and large racking orders - ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier.
- A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
- Residential delivery (liftgate service) is available for an additional fee.
- Have someone available to receive and sign for the shipment.
- Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt (see Damaged Items below).
Damaged Items
Always inspect your shipment before signing. If you notice visible damage to packaging or product, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
Contact us at (407) 550-5750 within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier and/or manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly. Failure to report within this window may affect your ability to make a claim.
Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, the address provided is incorrect, or you refuse delivery without prior authorization from us, the carrier may return the shipment or place it in storage.
- We are not responsible for storage fees, additional delivery attempt charges, or return freight costs incurred as a result of a failed delivery.
- If goods are placed into storage, they are held at your risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs while goods are in storage.
- Re-delivery or return shipping will be arranged at your expense. We will invoice any such costs before releasing or reshipping the goods.
- If you decline to arrange re-delivery within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and deduct all incurred costs from any refund.
To avoid issues, ensure your delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive freight shipments during the scheduled window.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. For freight shipments, the carrier will reach out directly to schedule delivery. If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days, contact us at (407) 550-5750.
